Reference Verification

We obtain and verify a minimum of two employment references — including at least one from a recent care-related employer — before any worker joins our register.

Skills Assessment and Competency Check

Practical and verbal competency assessments are completed, covering manual handling, medication competency (where applicable), and care-setting specific skills.

Training Verification and Ongoing Compliance

We verify all mandatory training certificates and maintain complete training records. Compliance is reviewed at every booking and workers are supported to maintain up-to-date training.

Yes. Every worker on our register holds a current Enhanced DBS disclosure. We never place a worker without a valid DBS certificate, and we maintain complete records of all disclosures. Copies can be provided to your setting on request.

Yes. We strongly encourage consistency of staffing wherever possible. Where you find a worker that fits your setting well, we will do our best to assign them to your shifts on a preferential basis.

We take a proactive approach to shift cover. If a worker needs to cancel, our team works immediately to find a replacement. We have protocols in place to minimise disruption and will always keep you informed.

Yes. Our staffing service covers all shift patterns including days, evenings, nights, waking nights, and bank holidays. Our on-call team is available outside of standard office hours to handle urgent requests.
